PeaNote Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using PeaNote, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our service.

2. Service Description

PeaNote is a student management tool designed to help students manage their academic duties and tasks. The service is intended for high school and university students.

3. User Registration and Data

To use PeaNote, you must register by providing your first and last name, email address, and a password. Registration information is stored in Supabase, and payment data is managed through Stripe.

4. Data Protection

We use Supabase to store session information and created resources, and Stripe to manage payments. Both services implement advanced security measures to protect your data.

5. User Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your account and associated data. You can exercise these rights through your account settings.

6. Subscription Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, go to the settings page, select the Plan & Billing tab, and choose the Cancel Subscription option. Once the cancellation is confirmed, no further charges will be made to your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

PeaNote is not responsible for any data loss. You use the service at your own risk.

8. Service Availability

PeaNote strives to maintain the service's availability at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

9. Reporting Issues

If you encounter any problems or errors in the application, you can report them by emailing jairo@opoli.ninja.

10. User-Generated Content

All content created by users is visible only to the creator and PeaNote. We do not share your content with third parties without your consent.

11. Refunds

PeaNote does not offer refunds for canceled subscriptions.

12. Violation of Terms

If a user violates these terms, PeaNote reserves the right to delete their account and all associated data. The user will be prohibited from using the service again.

13. Acceptable Use

PeaNote must be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The service may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized activities.

14. Geographic and Age Restrictions

PeaNote imposes no geographic or age restrictions for using the service.

15. Third-Party Services

PeaNote integrates with the following third-party services:

• Supabase: Stores all session information and created resources and manages email delivery.
• Stripe: Manages payments, creates customers, associates them with users, stores payment methods, and manages subscriptions.

16. Changes to Terms

PeaNote reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website.
